All terms & conditions have been irrevocably accepted by customer, users, visitors, subscribers before paying, dealing, engaging communicating to/with ComputeVia Research Centre or any of its brands.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 You must be 13 Year old to avail services. It will be mandatory to complete the registration process for using the services. We are liable to refuse and terminate any account with biased contact information.
2. PAYMENT
2.1) Any amount, tax, fee paid in any currency by customer or user to ComputeVia Research Centre directly in Bank Account or through Payment Gateway or related brands is non-refundable and non-adjustable in any circumstances.
2.2) On pending payments, interest at 0.5% Per Day shall be charged if in any circumstances cheque returns from the customer's bank. Post Dated Cheques are considered as advance payments and the customer cannot cancel or stop Post Dated Cheques in any circumstances.

3.1) All disputes subject to Gurugram jurisdiction only.
4. PRODUCT & SERVICE
4.1) ComputeVia Research Centre reserves the rights to accept or deny any customer/user/subscriber to provide any service/product without giving any explanation.
4.2) Features, details, plans of any products or services can add, delete or modify anytime without any prior notification or approval to/by customer/user.
5. AMENDMENT

6. INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
